Physical Content Assessment
Techson will cautiously evaluate all electronics and appliances for various damages caused by smoke, fire, soot, puffback, water, and lightning. All items that pass the full service inspection test are returned to the insured with a full 1-year warranty on all services performed.
Invoice Price Evaluation
Clearly identify the appropriate cost of goods or services offered or received. This includes integrative systems and complete automation products for residential or commercial properties. We handle all intermediary conversations with proposal providers directly and provide you with clarity.
Proper Replacement Solution
Through various programs, we are able to provide replacement cost solutions and options for individual claimed items. This service is offered for specific items in question or those listed as 'not worth restoring'.
