ELECTRICAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Submit a Claim
Your way to clarity and peace of mind begins with submitting a claim form. You can request a proposal or invoice review directly, and a team specialist will be assigned to guide you through the details.
Appointment Setting
Once our office takes on the task of electrical assessment services, we will promptly contact the policyholder or assigned representative to meet at the next available time and date, or immediately on emergency claims.
Visual Inspection
The response team will promptly provide an overall visual inspection and assess the immediate damage. The evaluation is then uploaded to the portal, where all items claimed are itemized. Additional notes for on- or off-site activities are recorded.
Testing and Cleaning
If items in question need cleaning or further testing, they are applied to them after the visual inspection is completed. All detailed information will be available in the portal, along with supporting images and notes.
Report and Return
After all the items have completed the inspection process, a report will be generated detailing the results and then emailed to the assignee. Items taken off-site will be delivered back to the policyholder, along with the noted findings and outcome of the claim.
