Treat Mold, Mildew, and Bacteria
Restoring items exposed to mold, mildew, or bacteria without causing permanent damage is best accomplished by a specialist who can effectively remove and clean off the harmful environmental contaminants and return the items to the policyholder in working order.
To limit the exposure to potentially hazardous environmental contaminants that are commonly created in homes and businesses after natural disasters, it is best practice to remove and treat the affected items off-site, then return them to their proper location.
Techson will properly evaluate all electronics and appliances.
Using the latest technology we provide a clear and transparent assessment, with live status updates visible directly through the adjusters portal.
Submitting a Claim
When commercial property is exposed to unexpected damage, we aim to bring them back to business immediately. Fill out the form and a commercial claims specialist will promptly respond.
Once our office takes on the task of providing IICRC-certified restoration services, we will promptly contact the policyholder and meet at the next available date, or immediately on emergency claims.
The response team will promptly provide an overall visual inspection and assess the immediate damage. With the use of Techson's software, an on-site evaluation is performed for all items claimed damaged by the policyholder, itemizing them in the adjusters portal.
Testing and Cleaning
Electronic cleaning and testing are applied to items that pass the visual inspection and require a full diagnostic to deeply assess for any underlying damage and provide IICRC-certified cleaning. All details can be viewed in the adjuster portal, where notes and comments can be made.
Report and Return
After all the items have completed the inspection process, a report will be generated detailing the results. Adjusters will have access to live results through their portal. Items taken off-site will be delivered with a 1-year warranty on all services performed, or can be stored until the premises are ready. The policyholder would also return any equipment they had rented along receiving the delivery.
