Claims are often not restricted to only a few items. Sometimes, this can result in multiple location pick-ups or an extensive on-site dwelling evaluation.
The large loss division at Techson is able to manage even the most extensive claim by providing detailed inspections and images that are uploaded directly into the adjusters' portal.
Techson will properly evaluate all electronics and appliances.

TECHSON'S RESTORATION PROCESS
Submit a Claim
When large loss property is exposed to unexpected damage, we aim to restore and recover items immediately. Please fill out the form and a large loss claims specialist will promptly respond.
Once our office takes on the task of providing IICRC-certified restoration services, we will promptly contact the policyholder or assigned representative to meet at the next available time and date, or immediately on emergency claims.
The response team will promptly provide an overall visual inspection and assess the immediate damage. Uploading it directly to Techson's software, where all items claimed are itemized in the adjuster portal and the evaluations to be performed on or off-site are recorded.
Testing and Cleaning
Electronic cleaning and testing are applied to items that pass the visual inspection and require a full diagnostic. Then assessing for any secondary damage and providing IICRC-certified cleaning as required. All detailed information will be available in the adjuster's portal immediately.
Report and Return
When all the items have completed the inspection process, a report will be generated detailing the results. Adjusters will have access to live results through their portal and email. Items taken off-site will be delivered back or can be stored until the premises are ready. The policyholder would also return any equipment they had rented along with accepting the delivery.
