Virtual Assessment Claims Process
Submit a Claim
When expediting claims is a priority, virtual assessment may be the best solution. Start by submitting a claim and a claims associate will contact you.
An appropriate time will be scheduled with the proper technician or engineer to optimally assess the items in question.
The virtual call will evaluate the items in question for various damages to quickly assess the necessity of IICRC-certified cleaning, restoration, or further on-site or off-site testing.
Testing and Cleaning
After the virtual assessment is performed, it may require on-site or off-site services based on the findings. Techson will then set up a new appointment to inspect the items in question for damage and perform proper cleaning and storage as needed.
Report and Return
When the virtual assessment is completed, the recorded information will be uploaded to the adjusters portal, and a loss report will be emailed to the adjuster with the findings explained. If items were further serviced, the evaluation details would be uploaded to the portal with supporting images and the work completed.
