Submitting a Claim
Data retrieval process starts with a claim submission. Fill out the form and a claims representative will promptly respond.

Appointment
Once our office takes on the task of data recovery, we will contact the policyholder or the provided on-site manager and meet at the next available date, or immediately on emergency claims.

Assessment
Our team of experts will provide an overall inspection and assess the immediate damage. Using various techniques, software, and testing strategies, we can identify the possible routes to recovery.

Testing and Cleaning
If a Hard Drive sustains extensive damage, we suggest an in-warehouse service that includes all the necessary treatments needed to resolve the present damage. Including a diagnostic overview, retrieval, long-standing tests, and more.

Report and Return
When all the data retrieval has been completed, a report will be generated detailing the updates. Adjusters will have access to live results through their portal. All items taken off-site will be delivered to the policyholder with any replacement hardware.
